Northolm Neighbors is a neighborhood on the northwest side of Indianapolis. Northolm Neighbors Association is bounded by 60th Street to the north, Kessler Boulevard to the south, Crooked Creek to the east, and Cooper Road to the west. This organization was registered in 2005.
