Springdale Neighborhood Association is a neighborhood organization bounded by Brookside Parkway South Drive to the north, 10th Street to the south, Rural Street to the east, and Jefferson Avenue to the west. This organization was registered in 1997. Windsor Park is a neighborhood bounded by Brookside Parkway South Drive to the north and west, 10th Street to the south, and Jefferson Avenue to the east.
