Beech Crest Neighborhood is a neighborhood organization bounded by Woodcliff Drive to the north, East Southern Ave to the south, South Sherman Drive to the east, and Beechcrest Drive to the west. This organization was registered in 2018.

St. Paul Hermitage Retirement and Nursing Care Facility is located on the grounds. It serves retired, aged, and infirm monks and priests. The sisters operated Our Lady of Grace Academy from 1956 to 1978.
