Broadmoor is a northwest neighborhood at the intersection of Kessler Boulevard and 56th Street. It contains the Northwest Kessler Neighborhood Association, bounded by 56th Street to the north, 48th Street to the south, Kessler Boulevard North Drive to the east, and Northland Road to the west. This organization was registered in 2005.
